Shipping Policy
Processing time:
All waist beads are made by us at Cultured Waist once your order has been received, each one taking anywhere between 10-30 minutes to create depending on the size and design.
We aim to have all orders made within 2 weeks of your purchasing date. If for any reason there is a delay, we will get in touch and you will receive a free item with your order.
Shipping:
UK delivery is free on all orders. We ship our parcels using Evri’s next day delivery service. Once your order has been sent off, you will receive a shipping confirmation directly to your email.
International orders are sent using Royal Mail. Tracking information for your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation, directly to your email.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, however if there is an issue with your order, we’ll be more than happy to resolve it.
Replacement guarantee: If you have ordered a size that’s too small or your beads break within the first month, we will replace your beads free of charge. All we ask is you pay a fee of £3.99 to cover shipping for UK orders and £9.99 for international orders.
